Nick Loehr
Co-Founder, CEO
Nick Loehr is the co-founder and CEO of JL Recruitment Group who has been on a journey of professional growth and development for over 10 years.
After graduating with an accounting degree from the University of Kansas, Nick began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained invaluable experience in the field.
From there, Nick went on to work at a major IT consulting cmopany as their Head of Sales and Business Development. This role allowed him to further develop his skills and knowledge, and he quickly became an expert in both accounting and staffing.
When he’s not busy running the company, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He’s an avid golfer, and you can often find him on the course on weekends. Nick values the importance of work-life balance, and believes that maintaining strong relationships with loved ones is just as important as professional success.
Brian Junge, the co-founder and COO of JL Recruitment Group, Born and raised in Kansas City, Brian has always had a passion for connecting people with their dream careers.
Brian attended Kansas State University. With his degree in hand, Brian began his career in the staffing industry, specializing in accounting, finance, and IT roles. For almost 10 years, he has honed his skills and become an expert in the field.
As a natural leader, Brian has managed multiple recruitment teams, helping to guide and mentor his colleagues to achieve their best. He understands the importance of finding the right fit between employer and employee, and works tirelessly to make sure everyone involved is satisfied.
Currently, Brian resides in Chicago, where he manages the JL Recruitment Group office. When he’s not working, he loves to take advantage of Chicago’s beautiful summers, attend Chiefs football games, and spend time with his friends and family.
With his experience, passion, and dedication to helping people find their dream careers, Brian Junge is a key player in the staffing industry and a valuable asset to the JL Recruitment Group team.
